In view of the period in which people live 100 years, promote lifelong learning that contributes to acquiring necessary knowledge and skills, building intellectual and human networks, maintaining and increasing fitness, and thereby form a cycle of Learning and Activity so that all people can design their lives and take on activities throughout life.
