(4) Transformation of Education, Research, Culture and Sports Facilities into More "Intelligent" Facilities


As basic facilities for lifelong learning in local communities, the need to make education, research, culture and sports facilities into "intelligent" facilities is being urged. Some localities are, in fact, trying to build those facilities geared to a lifelong learning society. The Ministry of Education, Science and Cluture has been studying the concept of and strategy for making education, research, culture and sports facilities into "intelligent" facilities, and now plans to commission to work out model plans for the development of "intelligent" facilities.
