6.1.	総則
6.1.2.	核物質防護制度の目的達成は、次の事項によって助成されなければならない。 c.　核物質又は施設への付き添い無しの接近を許可するすべての者について、信頼性の事前確認を求めること。 (原文)c. Requiring predetermination of the trustworthiness of all individuals permitted unescorted access to nuclear material or facilities.
