Although I believe that sports are able to further enrich your lives, in what way are you considering promoting sports in the future?

In September 2000, the Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture (MESSC) devised the Basic Plan for the Promotion of Sports in order to work toward further promoting sports in Japan. The Basic Plan for the Promotion of Sports established policy goals to be realized over ten years starting from FY2001, and in accordance with this, MESSC is committed to furthering varied approaches pivoting on the following policies.
