The creation of a society in which all people can enjoy sports appropriate to their age and level of fitness at every stage of their lives is an extremely significant goal from the viewpoint of establishing a cheerful and healthful environment in which people can lead purposeful lives. The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture is implementing the following measures for this purpose.
