CHAPTER IMPROVEMENT OF CONTENT OF- EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENTOF ABILITY

School curriculums, as previously discussed, set forth the standard of contents required for school education. The scholastic achievement of pupils will indicate the extent to which curriculum objectives are achieved. National surveys of scholastic achievement conducted with pupils of elementary and lower secondary schools by the Ministry of Education are analyzed in the following pages.
