Section 2 Educational Reform Q&A
Q7

Q

I am concerned that academic ability may be lowered due to the reduction in the content taught to students through the revision of the Courses of Study. Will this be the case?

A

The amount of knowledge they acquire together will be lower, but we aim to firmly establish basic abilities and skills through repetitive study in a flexible school life, and to cultivate in children the desire to learn by themselves and to teach children study methods, maintaining the existing standards of educational content at the upper secondary school graduate level in order to prevent the lowering of academic ability.
