(5) Opening the Functions and Physical Facilities of Educational Institutions to the Community
In order to open to community people the results of educational
and research activities at educational institutions, as well as physical facilities
at these institutions, and thus to meet the needs of community people for lifelong
learning, various measures have been taken, including: the organization of university
and upper secondary school extension courses; and the opening of physical education
facilities and other facilities to the community. Such measures should be further
expanded.
