(1) Diversified and Heightened Learning Demands of people


The focus of people's learning activities has been shifting from learning for practical use to learning for enjoyment and for a worthwhile life. However, when we consider the rapid progress of science and technology and other rapid changes in our society, it can be predicted that the learning of practical knowledge and skills useful for one's vocational and family life will become increasingly important and people's leaning demands will become more and more diversified and heightened.
