(Attractive Environment to Young Researchers)

From the standpoint of securing excellent research human resources, supporting the postdoctorals, etc. is essential. It is required to develop supporting environment further by such means as expanding research opportunities through the increase in competitive funds. It is also important to develop diverse and appealing environment to attract researchers from abroad.

(Competitive Environment)

The competitive environment generally refers to the research environment where researchers can draw competitive funds from outside the research institute; competitive environment within the research institute is generated; the principle of competition prevails in all aspects; and individual's ability can be exercised to the full.
