(2) Compiling the Results of Discussions and Other Activities Regarding Out-of-School Activities for Youth
Following the compilation of the results of deliberation regarding
out-of-school activities for youth in February 1992, the Lifelong Learning Council's
report was compiled in July of the same year and various policy directions for
enriching such activities were proposed.
