2 Training and Securing of Researchers


The development of research is dependent on the high quality of scientists. Universities are charged with the mission of properly training and guaranteeing a future for researchers in the various fields, in order to maintain and elevate the nation's level of research.

Young researchers are both expected to form the nucleus of scientific research in the future and to actively contribute to current scientific output. Within these young researchers is the potential for producing novel concepts and subsequent scientific achievements. Therefore, the training and securing of young scientists is a pressing issue and measures for improving the situation may be proposed as follows :
