(6) Leaders of Social Education


Leadership in social education involves not only the leading members of organizations, staffs of institutes and administrative staffs but also the entire leadership structure of all grass roots organizations and so it is impossible to treat this aspect simply in numerical figures.

In the boards of education there arc social education consultants in charge of promoting social education by means of organized programs of activities designed to provide the people in the community with opportunities to participate in social education. There arc also consultants in public halls in charge of the various projects of these halls. It is worth noting that the number of staff members in institutes for youth education has tripled in the 5-year period from 1963'to 1968.
