First Step: Enter registration information in JSPS KAKENHI Electronic Application System.

The JSPS KAKENHI Electronic Application System is provided in English. Although they provide indications of the system and the instruction of operation, it may be difficult to understand how to operate the Electronic Application System. The grant administrators at your host institution will help you to operate it properly.

Second Step: Fill out the online Application Form

Application form （Research Proposal Document） is provided below. It ask you to describe your proposed research project, including its implementation plan, methodology and objectives.
