As stated in Article 7 of the “Law concerning UNESCO activities,” JNCU has the right to submit proposals and opinions it deems necessary concerning UNESCO activities to the related Ministers. JNCU also has the authority to submit suggestions to UNESCO Headquarters for promoting UNESCO activities and UNESCO objectives.
