1．Reception

The media reception desk will be open between 11：30 and 17：00 in the entrance of the Mayor’s Mansion. （Notes： Between 12：00 and 13：30, please refrain from coming to the reception desk because the participants will come to the reception desk at the same time.）.

Identity checks （a driver’s license, a press card or a passport） will be performed during the accreditation process.

ID cards will be distributed to accredited media at the reception desk. The cards are to be worn throughout the event and subsequently returned to the press room.

2．Organization of the press room

The press room in the second‐floor will be open between 11：30 and 19：00. In the press room, Facilities including some telephone lines and a fax machine will be equipped.

4．Sessions open for media coverage

Reporting and filming are allowed during the following sessions （Notes： the precise schedule may be subject to change; any change in schedule will be posted in the press room; please refrain from filming ministers and other officials while they enter and leave the venue）.

Notes regarding interpretation：
Simultaneous interpretation （Japanese‐English; English‐Japanese） will be available at Session 1. Session 3 will be covered through consecutive interpretation.

Opening ceremony
Time：13：30 to 13：45
Location：Meeting Room （ground floor）
Coverage：Allowed from the beginning of the ceremony until the end of the addresses by the Japanese minister.

Session 2：

Photo session
Time：15：35 to 15：45
Location：Garden （if it rains, will be changed）
Coverage：Allowed throughout
Attendance：All participants invited.

Session 3：

Press conference
Time：17：30 to 18：00
Location：Press Conference Room （second floor）
Coverage：Allowed throughout
Attendance：Japanese participants.
