MEXT has implemented the Global 30 project, which aims to promote internationalization of universities such as developing degree programs conducted in English and accepting excellent international students. In order to contribute to internationalization of universities in Japan by sharing the outcomes of this project　and understanding the challenges for further development, as follow-up, MEXT will hold the Global 30 Symposium.

- No person is able to participate in the Symposium without registration. Participants are requested to register under the following procedure.
- Please send the Registration Form (*Link to Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) to JSPS by Sunday, February 17, 2013.
- You will receive the e-mail reply from JSPS confirming your participation by 17:00, Wednesday, February 20 only if you have been registered as a participant.
- Video recording is available for the authorized press as long as it would be performed without any hindrance to the Symposium.
