Section 2 Educational Reform Q&A
Q5
What is the Millennium Project?

Under the Educational-Use Computer Installation Program completed by 1999, we have promoted mainly the development of computer classrooms at public elementary and lower and upper secondary schools nationwide.

In these computer classrooms, computers are used for investigative study, study of computer operation methods, comprehensive study and other types of learning.

Under the Millennium Project, this situation is further advanced by aiming at the realization of understandable classes and enjoyable classes through the presentation of animated content using computers and projectors in classes in all subjects that use textbooks.
