（１）Start of the MEXT E-mail Newsletter Focusing on Schools for Foreign Students
With the uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, MEXT decided to launch this e-mail newsletter to provide necessary and useful information on MEXT and other organizations to schools for foreign students and other relevant parties.
For the time being, the newsletter will focus on providing important information regarding countermeasures against COVID-19, and it will be sent whenever new information is available.
To register or de-register to the newsletter, please send email to the following e-mail address. In the case of register, please describe your e-mail address and affiliation in your e-mail:

The website focusing on schools for foreign students has been launched in Plain Japanese on the MEXT's official website:
https://www.mext.go.jp/a_menu/kokusai/gaikoku/.

Useful information for everyone at schools for foreign students focusing on anti–COVID-19 measures will be provided in several languages, for the time being, so please regularly check our updates.
We will also inform you in the newsletter of important updates on the website.
