・ Decision of opinions of the council by confirming that there is no unreasonable difference in relationships between evaluations of NRDAs and their reasons
・ Discussions about issues of individual NRDAs，improvements and good practices，and evaluation common to NRDAs based on discussions at sub－committees，and summary of opinions of the council

Decision of evaluations by the competent minister

September － December

Discussions about mid to long－term objectives，etc．at the RIKEN and JAXA WGs
・ Confirmation of overall mid to long－term objectives and evaluation criteria，and summary of the opinion of the council
・ Confirmation of overall mid to long－term plan by taking consistency with mid to long－term objectives into account

After December

National Research and Development Agency Council（held once or twice）
・ Confirmation of basic considerations and key points of mid to long－term objectives and evaluation criteria based on discussions at sub－committees，and decision of the opinion of the council
・ Confirmation of basic considerations and key points of mid to long－term plan based on discussions at sub－committees
