(2) Enriching the infrastructure for the preservation and transmission of cultural properties


1) It is necessary to enrich learning activities that have to do with cultural properties, especially those that take place in schools.

2) Efforts need to be made to secure successors who will continue to carry out the work of preserving cultural properties through the adoption of a qualification system and to secure the materials that are needed for repair and restoration.3) Measures need to be taken at universities, research institutes and so on to promote "Cultural Property Studies" as a field of comprehensive study that covers the preservation and utilization of cultural properties.
