c. Review of Educational Structure


Once the goals and objectives have been made clear, "educational structure" must be considered along with actual resource allocations.

In this context "educational structure" involves school systems, curriculum, teaching methods etc., and solutions to difficulties in these areas should be attempted in accordance with previously determined goals and objectives. It is natural that each nation will have its own demands for specific changes in educational structure; however, now is the time for all countries to recognize that a review of educational structure is a problem common to all.
