of information, thereby bringing about change in the lives of the public in general,
by achieving economic structural reform, improving the efficiency of industrial
activities, improving the convenience of everyday life, and achieving diverse
lifestyles. Other field of science and technology is also making rapid advances,
in particular life sciences are expected to bring about reform in economy and
society to match that of IT.
