(5) Opening the Functions and Physical Facilities of Educational Institutions to the Community
In order to share the results of educational and research activities
and open existing physical facilities to the public, and thus to meet the needs
of members of the community, various measures have been taken, including the
organization of extension courses in university, upper secondary school and special
training school, and the opening of physical education and other facilities of
school to the community. Such measures should be further expanded.
