(1) Enrichment of Student Guidance


In order to fundamentally solve the issue of problem behaviors of pupils, the enrichment of student guidance is important to deal directly with specific problem behaviors, on the one hand, and on the other hand, also indispensable is to improve life experiences and human relations of pupils in a long-term perspective.

With such an understanding, activities of school education will have an emphasis on 1) student guidance with deeper understanding of each pupil,2) an enrichment of the educational counseling system and 3) activities that will enrich life experiences and human relations.

In addition, issues at hand include the positive handling of maladjustment to schools, such as student's refusal to attend school and dropping out from upper secondary schools, and the review of too strict school rules.
