(3) The Basic Guidelines for the Reform of Higher Education
3. Improving Teaching Methods


It is desirable to affect an improvement ill the teaching methods used in institutions or higher education in accordance With their teaching patterns, i.c.

(l) In the teaching of systematic theories, the quality and efficiency level of lectures can be raised by widely utilizing broadcasting VTR (video-tape recorders) and other technological devices.

(2) Seminars, experiments and practice sessions of small groups should be developed further in order to help students understand perfectly and to obtain the ability to apply what they have learned in lectures.

(3) As regards athletic and cultural activities on the campus, Specialists should be appointed in designated training centers thus allowing students to enjoy student life thoroughly by giving them guidance and assistance.
