CHAPTER APPROPRIATION OF AND SHARE IN EDUCATIONAL EXPENDITURE

In the foregoing chapters, both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of Japanese education were discussed and at the same time examined in comparison thereof with those of foreign countries. Further, in this chapter, the problems of educational expenditure, which lay the foundation of both the quantitative and qualitative development of education, will be dealt with.
