FOR USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE CENTER

The Center provides for a place where Tsukuba researchers or researchers from other areas of Japan meet together and exchange information and opinions.

FOR USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE CENTER

1. ELIGIBILITY
(1) Personnel of research and other institutes in Tsukuba Science City or personnel involved in meetings/activities for related research exchange with them.
(2) Personnel of administrative organizations for institutes in Tsukuba Science City.
(3) Other personnel approved by the director of the Center.

2. FEE
  • No fee is required for use of the facilities of the Center other than the restaurant.
3. APPLICATION
  • Application should be filed with the Center in writing on a prescribed form. The form is available at the Center. Approval for use will be issued after consideration of the application. Application may be filed three months in advance of a planned of use of facilities.
4. HOURS OF OPERATION
  • Weekdays(Monday-Friday): 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
  • (excluding public holidays)
